The letter, obtained by Reuters through the office of U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley, states, "Given the potential risks posed by the irresponsible deployment of artificial intelligence, we urge the Commissioners to immediately approve an investigation into OpenAI's previous confidentiality agreements and review the company's current efforts — which appear to be an all-out effort to ensure full compliance with SEC rules."
